RAAL was awarded a sub-contract under HKIA C3310 contract to Design to approval, supply and install CCTV frangible masts type F01 comprising of steel plates, bolts and nuts ; lightning protection system including lightning rod, lightning rod base, "U" bolt rod clamp, copper tape connected to fence lightning terminal ; aviation obstruction light with power supply including aviation obstruction light, base, and the armoured power cable or cable with protection, as required, from aviation light to the isolator ; welding and all necessary painting. RAAL ensures that the reliability and safety of the strong, yet frangible mast requirements are met, by adopting similar masts that have been introduced and installed since year 2000.
